Capgent retains highly trained personnel experienced in the order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay processes. The center is used to enroll customers and vendors alike and promote best practices, to encourage participants' use of the web platform. Many of our personnel are trained in six sigma methodologies, which result in a highly productive and quality driven process. The Capgent off shore processing center is a well equipped modern facility. It is scalable to up to 250 personnel at this time. |
